Returns Policy for The Purple Collective

We hope you love your purchase! However, if for some reason you happen to change your mind, please let us know within 7 days. A refund will only be issued if we receive the product back in its original condition. The return shipping will be at the customer’s expense, and a 5% processing fee applies

For items that arrive to the customer damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll be glad to arrange a replacement or refund. In some circumstances, the issue may need to be raised with Australia Post

If an order is sent to the wrong location because the customer provided an incorrect address, the customer will need to place a new order to receive the products. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or replace orders in these circumstances

If an order is delivered to the wrong location due to an error by Australia Post, we recommend contacting Australia Post immediately to lodge a complaint and resolve the issue

If your order has not been delivered within 14 days, we suggest completing an investigation form with Australia Post to track and resolve the delay

If a delivery has been confirmed delivered to the correct location by Australia Post, but the parcel has gone missing afterward, it is the customers responsibility to contact Australia Post to resolve the issue

Once an order has been shipped we are unable to make changes or provide cancellations

We do not issue refunds for a shipped item that has arrived longer than expected

Shipping costs will be calculated based on the quantity of your order

We expect you will receive your delivery within 7-14 days. However, during peak times such as Christmas and public holidays, shipping times may be longer due to increased demand and courier delays
