  • Your name (if you wish to remain anonymous leave your name blank)

  • Invoice number (If applicable)

  • Provide relevant details describing the issue to help us understand your concerns

  • Photos, if needed, to show the problem

  • The outcome you are seeking

We’ll reply within 3 business days.

Step 2: Our Response

We’ll review your complaint/feedback and respond with a solution within 7 business days

Possible solutions may include:

  • Replacement of the product

  • Refund 

  • Acknowledgement and Improvement based on your Feedback

Step 3: Follow-Up

After resolving the issue, we’ll check in to make sure everything’s good.
